Responsibilities

• Payroll Prep: Employee In-Processing and Commission Entries
• TimeSheet Administration
• Benefit Administration (Health / Retirement)
• Weekly Payroll Processing
• AR – Billing & Some Collections
• Payment Processing
• AP/Bank Account Reconciliations
• Accrual Based Job Profitability Reporting – GAAP experience a plus
• Vehicle Tracking & Depreciation Schedules

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Desired)
• 2 years of Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience (Required)
• Independent critical thinking skills
• Fast Learner
• Effective Communicator
• Team Player
• Task Management
• CRM & ERP system development, and Spreadsheet and Database Administration is a plus
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online and strong Excel experience
