Handling all the permits and paperwork with city authorities, utility companies, and HOAs.
On-site surveying to assess your roof, attic, and electrical setup.

Our primary goal? To minimize disruptions in your daily life. Typically, we only need you for a brief roof and home inspection. The actual solar panel installation? It’s usually completed in just one day. For larger systems or unpredictable weather conditions, a two-day setup might be required.

Our commitment doesn’t end post-installation. Klick Solar stands by you, ensuring your solar system runs smoothly. Whether it’s servicing the solar system, or assisting with deinstallation for roof repairs, we’re always one call away.

Our Process

Step 1: Free Expert Consultation

Discover the world of solar with our experts. In this session, we explore: How solar powers your home. Panels suitable for your needs. Financing, installation, and warranties. Answers to all your pressing questions. Customized design showing panel placements, cost savings, and energy coverage.

Step 2: Home Survey

Our team will assess your roof’s condition, attic, electrical panel, and meter. Roof not fit for solar? Don’t fret. We collaborate with elite roofing companies, ensuring you get the best quality and deals.

Step 3: Permitting & Approval

Our team files for necessary permits with local and state authorities, ensuring your solar setup is compliant. However, remember, the electric provider has the final say. Areas with many solar homes might face grid capacity issues, potentially delaying or prohibiting your solar journey.

Step 4: Installation

Upon receiving all approvals, we’ll set an installation date based on your schedule. Our professional team ensures a swift and secure setup, respecting your home’s sanctity.

Step 5: Activation & Monitoring

Post-installation, an inspector will assess the setup. Once your utility provider installs your new net meter and grants us Permission to Operate (PTO), your solar system goes live.

We also provide a monitoring app, giving you real-time insights into your system’s performance.

How Do I Know If My Home Qualifies For Solar?

Roof Orientation: Ideal homes have ample space on South, West, or East-facing roofs.
Tree Coverage: Excessive trees can pose a challenge unless you're open to some trimming or removal.
Roof Condition: Roofs should be sturdy with a decent lifespan ahead, especially in low-hail areas.
Electricity Usage: An average usage of 300 kWh/year is a benchmark. Excessive solar for low consumption can be counterproductive.
Homeownership Duration: Planning to stay for at least 2 more years? Solar can be an excellent choice.
Credit Score: A credit score of 650 is usually required by our finance partners.
