Klick Solar is looking for a Solar Service Technician to join our growing team. Diagnose and repair any type of solar equipment.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00-25.00/hr (based off of experience)
Office Location: 6430 S Fiddlers Green Cir #260 Greenwood Village, CO 80111
Essential Job Functions:

Diagnose and repair any type of solar equipment.

Troubleshooting to identify root cause of problems.

Remove and replace defective components.
-
Perform remote diagnostic tasks as needed.

Excellent customer service.

Assist with documentation for each PV project to ensure a timely and effective installation process.

Self-motivated and capable of working effectively without direct supervision.

Must be capable of interacting with site hosts and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.

Must be capable of critical thinking and possess the ability to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems.

Be comfortable climbing on roofs.
-
Ascending and descending ladders.
-
Operating basic hand tools and power tools.
-
Following all OSHA safety requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
1+ Years of Solar Industry Experience Preferred.

Valid Driver’s License Required.

Must have a reliable vehicle and smart cell phone.
-
High school diploma or GED preferred for minimum education.

OSHA 10 preferred.
-
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
-
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, usually at an incline, and be able to ascend and descend ladders throughout the day.

Able to clearly and effectively communicate.
-
Able to work in extreme weather conditions hot and cold.
-
Ability to lift 50+lbs.
